Job Functions

• Execution of excellent customer service.
• Answer inbound calls for service and direct them to the proper personnel.
• Schedule appointments for appropriate departments
• Enter and monitor job data in CRM
• Create job folders
• Outbound and inbound collection calls for services rendered.
• Communicate job status and other pertinent information in a timely manner.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Detail oriented
• Assertive and professional communication skills in both verbal and written application.
• Ability to problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
• Proficient use of technology applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of estimating and invoicing software such as Xactimate and QuickBooks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to learn and implement new processes in our industry.
• Ability to pass and maintain satisfactory background check.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
