Lead Clinical Research Coordinator

To drive patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals and optimize performance while working remotely with occasional travel. Key responsibilities Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets through multi-channel recruitment strategies Guide teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
