All Team Staffing is seeking experienced, customer-focused bartenders to join our hospitality team! We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Our clients include stadiums, event centers, hotels, and private venues across the Kansas City area.

Position details:

• Position: Bartender
• Schedule: Flexible (weekday, weekend, and event shifts available)
• Pay rate: Competitive, based on experience
• Start date: Immediate openings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification and adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (banquet, event, or restaurant setting preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have all-black uniform (black shirt, black pants, slip-resistant shoes)
• Bartending license or alcohol service certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
