ABOUT THE TEAM: The Experience Team is responsible for the ongoing health, satisfaction, and growth of 1871's member base: corporate partners, service providers, late-stage founders, early stage founders, and growth stage founders.

The team owns what happens after the deal is signed: building lasting relationships, ensuring member goals are being met, and identifying new ways 1871's programming and offerings can deliver value over time. The team also owns the systems, workflows, and operating rhythms that make those experiences consistent, personalized, and scalable. This team acts as the connective tissue between what 1871 sells and what members actually experience day to day.

ABOUT THE ROLE: You will report to the Head of Corporate Innovation & Partnership Experience in a hybrid role that combines corporate member account support with Experience Team operations. You will support a portfolio of 1871's corporate members - such as United Airlines, Deloitte, BMO Bank, Bosch, Microsoft, and more - while strengthening the HubSpot workflows, processes, and tools used across the full Experience Team.

For corporate members, you will help translate each partner's strategic goals into a tailored engagement plan and coordinate the day-to-day execution that brings it to life. Across the Experience Team, you will improve how information moves through HubSpot, build repeatable processes, strengthen data quality and reporting, and help the team work with greater speed and consistency.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, action-oriented project manager who is comfortable moving between relationship support and systems thinking. You will also identify practical opportunities to use AI tools and agents to reduce manual work, streamline internal processes, and create more personalized member experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure members receive a cohesive, high-value experience with 1871.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support end-to-end account management for an assigned portfolio of corporate members, serving as a consistent day-to-day point of contact and trusted partner.
• Develop a deep understanding of each corporate partner's strategic priorities, innovation goals, internal stakeholders, and measures of success.
• Build and maintain account engagement plans, including member goals, key milestones, engagement cadences, success metrics, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead the project management and cross-functional coordination required to deliver member commitments, programs, communications, and corporate-facing events on time.
• Provide HubSpot operational support across the full Experience Team, including workflows, properties, lists, dashboards, reporting, data hygiene, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Own the membership inbox and membership newsletters, maintaining consistent response and resolution times for member communications.
• Audit and optimize member lifecycle processes in HubSpot, improving handoffs, task management, data consistency, visibility, and follow-through across teams.
• Create and maintain scalable operating tools, including process documentation, templates, playbooks, project plans, and team training that drive consistent adoption.
• Identify, test, and implement practical AI tools, automations, and agents that reduce manual work and enable more timely, relevant, and customized member experiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to validate that AI-enabled workflows and member communications meet quality, privacy, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Track account health and operational performance, surface renewal risks or expansion opportunities early, and use insights to recommend continuous improvements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Project management - hyper organized and able to manage accounts, workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines at speed without losing detail
• Process optimization - able to map workflows, identify friction, and build clear, repeatable operating processes
• CRM and systems thinking - comfortable learning, building and maintaining workflows, data structures, dashboards, and operating practices
• Applied AI mindset - practical about using AI tools, automation, and agents to streamline work and personalize experiences
• Relationship management - able to build trust with corporate stakeholders while staying responsive and solutions oriented
• Strategic thinking - able to turn a partner's business goals into an actionable engagement plan and measurable outcomes
• Communication and collaboration - able to synthesize information and coordinate effectively across teams
• Bias for action - a proactive, adaptable self-starter who moves quickly, follows through, and looks for better ways to work

REQUIREMENTS :

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales or business operations, project management, or a related role preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows, data, reporting, and process improvement
• Practical familiarity with AI and automation tools and a strong interest in tech and innovation
