Operations Intern

Company Overview PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Position Overview This hands‑on internship provides exposure to recruiting, onboarding, warehouse operations, onsite management, new site start‑ups, and business development. You’ll work directly with leadership and operations teams to gain real‑world experience across multiple areas of the business — both in the office and inside warehouse environments. Schedule + Pay Mon-Friday Flexible (approximately 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday). Compensation: $15-$18/hour (depending on experience) Internship‑to‑hire potential for the right candidate.
