This is NOT your typical call center.

We help thousands of customers every month by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and connecting drivers with trusted automotive professionals.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally

• Schedule automotive service appointments

• Help customers with repair updates

• Answer basic service and pricing questions

• Transfer calls to service advisors when needed

• Recommend appropriate services when applicable

• Accurately document customer information

• Create a positive experience for every customer

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

• Appointment Scheduling

No automotive experience is required. If you have great customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to type 40+ WPM

• Full-time availability during operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–7:30 PM

• Possibility of Rotating Saturdays
