Office Assistant and Receptionist (Customer Service)

Job Description Job Description Alpha Gymnastics is in need of an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people and loves children. Must be a people person and be willing be work as part of a team! This is a part time position, and you must be available on Saturdays and possible weekday evenings. Must have clear communication skills both written and oral, proficient with word and excel.
Responsibilities would include responding to customer questions and concerns through email, phone, and in person, be available to assist with birthday parties and parents night out on a monthly basis, data entry, signing up new students, and can interact with children. Manage the organization and cleanliness of the office and public spaces. Assist coaches with the needs of gymnasts.
The office personnel are the face of our organization. Must be able to meet and greet families with a smile warmth!
