Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive Location: Bristol & Somerset I’m working with a well-regarded regional firm that’s looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years’ PQE in one or more of the following areas: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims. You’ll be joining a close-knit, established team with a strong client base across Bristol and Somerset. The role offers direct client contact, a varied but manageable caseload, and the autonomy to run files with minimal supervision. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Partners with the continued growth and development of the department. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with solid IT skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
