Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years' recent experience in an acute Operating Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical knowledge of pre-, intra-, and post-operative care protocols
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt efficiently to new technologies and charting systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to surgical patients throughout the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of clinical compliance
• Assist with surgical preparation, scrub, and circulating duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts within the OR
