Caregiver Position

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and the care team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Clawson, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks.
