Operators – Day/ Night Shifts The Day/Night Shift Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: 2, 2,3 Rotating Schedule 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay: $16.25/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing or production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized according to housekeeping standards
• Communicate production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and inventory movement as required
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

• Warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
• Fast-paced environment with physical activity

Additional Details:

• First-day training, safety instructions, and onboarding will be completed onsite
• Positions are temporary with the opportunity to transition to temp-to-hire based on performance
• Permanent opportunities may be offered on night shift
