• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends

Banquet Server Responsibilities Include:

• Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table setup, decorations, and audiovisual equipment.
• Anticipate guests' needs and promptly address any requests or concerns they may have during the event.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to service standards and timing protocols.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to provide an excellent guest experience. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of various functions, from weddings and corporate events to dinners and conferences. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to service standards and timing protocols.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure seamless coordination during events.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms post-event, including clearing dishes and cleaning up debris.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods.
