Contract | Rotating Shift (Day/Night Rotation – 4 weeks of each) | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acute and emergent patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Prioritize and triage patients based on acuity and clinical presentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II Trauma Center environment
• TNCC or CEN certification
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills in acute care settings
