Store Assistant Manager

Overview Assistant Manager position at Circle K, Store 2741443 – 10770 Spring Cypress Rd, Tomball, Texas 77375. Shift availability: flexible (days, evenings, overnights + weekends). Time type: part time. We are seeking an assistant manager who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to build a career in management. This role focuses on supporting store operations, leadership, and delivering fast, friendly customer service. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, merchandising, and daily tasks. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and supervising staff; delegation and follow-up. Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers. Ensure regular and predictable on-site attendance and execute the company food program standards. Model professionalism, urgency, patience, and leadership for the team.
