Responsibilities:- Assist in operating machinery to cut thin brick
- Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Operate forklift to move product
- Change blades and make adjustments on the saws
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
