Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite | Expected 40 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Dakota or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient hospital environments
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient and/or inpatient setting
• Experience with a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
