Job Title: Director of Occupational Therapy
Location: King City, CA
Pay: $119,000 – $158,000 annually
Schedule: Day Shift
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director of Occupational Therapy for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in King City, CA .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Occupational Therapy services across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Manage daily departmental operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and support occupational therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement therapy programs, policies, and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Monitor departmental performance, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards
• Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and operational decision-making
• Support staff education, onboarding, and professional development
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous leadership or management experience in occupational therapy required
• Strong experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of rehabilitation operations, compliance, and quality standards
