Emergency Room Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency setting.
Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs.
Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to infection control policies.

Qualifications

Current nursing license in the state of practice.
Previous experience in an emergency room or critical care setting preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS or ENPC preferred.

Schedule

This position requires rotating shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling while ensuring comprehensive patient care.
