Behavioral Support Specialist Team Lead - Full time The Behavioral Support Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for lead ing a team of behavioral support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The team lead will work closely with the program director to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the organization's mission and values. Responsibilities: Lead a team of behavioral support specialists in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities Develop and implement behavior support plans Provide training and support to staff on behavior support strategies Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the organization's mission and values Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to behavior support services Provide direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities Experience lead ing a team of behavioral support specialists Knowledge of behavior support strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check What ViaQuest can offer you: Benefit package for full-time employees (including medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance and a 401k).
