What You’ll Do Grow your teaching skills in a supportive, strengths-based environment Work with a team of experienced teachers to support program philosophy Observe behaviors, plan activities and facilitate learning for young children Interview and collaborate with world-class teachers about milestone development, classroom management, parent communication and developmentally appropriate practices Access professional books and curriculum materials Learn about strengths spotting in young children and foster their development in areas where they uniquely shine Who We Want Passionate teachers who nurture young children’s curiosity and inspire them to learn and grow Relationship builders who make positive connections with children, parents and other teachers Innovative thinkers who enjoy creating a fun and inspiring environment Confident communicators who easily engage in conversations with children and are excited to update parents on their child’s day Empathetic caretakers who create comfort and trust with their warm, friendly personality What You Need Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma A passion for working with children ages 8 weeks to 5 years required Ability to lift up to 35 pounds required A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least four days a week within the hours of 3-6 p.m., Monday-Friday, required; schedule is flexible, but must work at least 10 hours per week Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship What You’ll Experience Mission-driven work: Make a difference in young children’s lives with your unique contributions, commitment to service and exceptional outcomes. We also offer an estimated hourly range of $16-$18 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
