Job Description: AI Workflow Specialist Title: AI Workflow Specialist Location: Cupertino Hybrid - minimum 3 days/week on-site Overview We are looking for a hands-on AI Workflow Specialist to help our team identify and implement AI tools and workflows into both individual day-to-day work and broader team business processes. The ideal candidate has direct experience implementing AI-assisted workflows in a professional setting and can help non-technical stakeholders get practical value out of AI tools. Core Responsibilities Evaluate existing team workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration. Design and implement AI-assisted workflows tailored to the team's needs - including prompt-based automation, LLM-assisted reporting, document drafting, and data summarization. Work directly with team members to introduce AI tools through hands-on coaching and training. Create practical guides and reference materials to support ongoing adoption. Iterate and improve workflow implementations based on team feedback. Key Qualifications Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms. Strong prompt engineering skills – ability to design effective, reusable prompts for complex business tasks. Experience building AI-assisted workflows for business processes (reporting, communication drafting, summarization, etc.). Proficiency in Python or similar scripting for lightweight automation is a strong plus. Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, Keynote, Google Workspace, Slack) and ability to integrate AI into these environments. Professional Skills Excellent communicator – able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical team members. Collaborative, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping colleagues work smarter. Highly organized and self-directed. Location and Work Schedule Requirement: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work on-site in Sunnyvale/Cupertino a minimum of three days per week. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Cupertino, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
