Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, showing flexibility to adapt to client needs. Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner. Facilitate group sessions, ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement. Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, making safe and informed judgment calls in client care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff, ensuring comprehensive care and resource sharing. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus The primary focus of your work will be on adult clients experiencing complex mental health issues, including those with substance use disorders. Many clients also face concurrent challenges such as trauma and anxiety. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will help individuals build resilience and gain the skills necessary for recovery and improved quality of life. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program. A current independent license in the state where you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in electronic mail correspondence. Preferred Experience Familiarity with the 12-step recovery process and its application in therapeutic settings. Experience with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
