Schedule: Shift-based clinical nursing care in a long-term acute care setting Highlights:

• Provide telemetry and acute care nursing services in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital environment
• Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to deliver patient-centered care aligned with the Nursing Process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to care for complex, medically fragile patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management
• Demonstrate clinical leadership through delegation, supervision, and mentorship of nursing staff
• Maintain and expand clinical competencies through ongoing professional development
• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse license or current Compact (multi-state) RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years recent Telemetry and/or LTAC experience in an acute hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• 2 to 5 years of overall clinical nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
