Responsibilities Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles. Qualifications Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively pursuing licensure. At least one year of professional working experience. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current CPR certification. Current CCCs. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
