Job Responsibilities The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations and ensuring accurate, timely processing for weekly and semi-monthly cycles, including bonuses and incentive payments. This role maintains and updates payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth functionality. Key responsibilities include managing the relationship with the external payroll provider, addressing inquiries, coordinating projects, and resolving payroll-related issues. The position also handles payroll adjustments such as garnishments, deductions, wage assignments, and paid-time-off updates. The Payroll Lead reviews time and attendance data for accuracy and completeness, and ensures all payroll activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining required payroll records, preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, and overseeing payroll-related tax obligations. Additional duties include managing payroll reconciliations and supporting cash reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
