Requirements:

• Medical Degree from accredited school with license to practice in NE
• Successful completion of accredited Family Medicine residency
• Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Willing to relocate to Fairbury, NE
