Sobre o Projeto:
Buscamos um/a Especialista SRE / DevOps para atuar na administração, evolução e sustentação de um ambiente produtivo de alta criticidade.
O profissional será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade e performance da infraestrutura, atuando no gerenciamento de banco de dados MongoDB , automação de deploys utilizando GitOps e fortalecimento da observabilidade do ambiente.
A posição exige perfil técnico, com autonomia para tomada de decisões relacionadas à infraestrutura e foco na melhoria contínua da plataforma.

Responsabilidades Principais:

Administrar e evoluir ambientes Kubernetes em produção.
Garantir alta disponibilidade, estabilidade e escalabilidade da infraestrutura.
Administrar, monitorar e otimizar ambientes MongoDB .
Realizar tuning de performance e troubleshooting em banco de dados.
Implementar e manter pipelines de deploy utilizando GitOps .
Gerenciar fluxos de entrega contínua com ArgoCD .
Atuar na configuração e manutenção da camada de redes da infraestrutura.
Gerenciar Load Balancers , Ingress Controllers e VPCs .
Implementar e evoluir soluções de observabilidade da infraestrutura.
Monitorar ambientes utilizando PMM .
Atuar na resolução de incidentes críticos e análise de causa raiz.
Propor melhorias contínuas na arquitetura da plataforma.
Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de desenvolvimento para evolução da infraestrutura.

Requisitos Técnicos Obrigatórios:

Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência sólida como Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) ou DevOps Engineer.
Conhecimento avançado em administração de MongoDB .
Experiência com tuning de performance em MongoDB .
Experiência em troubleshooting de ambientes críticos.
Conhecimento avançado em redes.
Experiência com VPCs .
Experiência com Load Balancers .
Experiência com Ingress Controllers .
Experiência com GitOps .
Experiência com observabilidade e monitoramento de infraestrutura.
Experiência utilizando PMM (Percona Monitoring and Management).

Requisitos Técnicos Desejáveis:

Experiência com Kubernetes em ambientes produtivos de grande porte.
Experiência prática utilizando ArgoCD .
Experiência com Service Mesh.
Vivência com Istio.
Vivência com Linkerd.
Conhecimento em MySQL.
Conhecimento em PostgreSQL.

Perfil analítico e com Autonomia técnica .
Proatividade e Organização.
Boa comunicação e Senso de urgência.
Capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos.
Facilidade para atuar em ambientes críticos.
Trabalho em equipe.

Observações Importantes:

O profissional será responsável por um ambiente com mais de 30 aplicações em produção.
A atuação exige elevada autonomia técnica e capacidade para tomada de decisões relacionadas à infraestrutura.
Experiência prática em ambientes produtivos é requisito fundamental.
A posição possui forte foco em confiabilidade, escalabilidade e automação da infraestrutura.
