This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000
• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $210

• Detention pay: $21-$26 per hour

• Crosstown: $15 - $35 per move or $21 per hour

• Empty search per hour: $21
• Long haul pay: $39 per load
• Mandatory meetings: $26 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown: $21 per hour
• Rail delay: $21 per hour
• Refused delivery: $35 per stop
• Safety training: $21 per hour
• New hire training: $21 per hour
• Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
• Waiting on power unit: $21 per hour
• Yard work: $21 per hour
• Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
