Reservation Support Specialist Remote Position | Flexible Schedule | Training and Support Provided Help Keep Every Reservation on Track We're looking for organized, service-minded individuals to support clients with reservation details, confirmations, schedule coordination, and travel-related planning. As a Reservation Support Specialist , you'll help manage the details that happen between a client's initial request and their completed plans. This includes organizing reservation information, monitoring updates, communicating important changes, and assisting with travel components such as accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to the small things, and likes making sure plans are accurate and complete. Previous industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided. What Your Work May Include Reviewing client requests and collecting the information needed to move plans forward Assisting with reservations, confirmations, schedules, and related documentation Organizing travel details such as lodging, transportation, activities, and timing Checking reservation information for accuracy and completeness Communicating confirmations, updates, and next steps to clients Tracking pending items and following up when additional information is needed Helping coordinate changes, modifications, or special requests Maintaining clear and organized client records Supporting clients throughout the planning process and helping keep important details on schedule What We're Looking For We're interested in individuals who bring a strong sense of organization and follow-through.
