Come and be a part of The Palms family!JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for guiding the clients through the Spa’s service offerings while helping them choose the type of massage or treatment that will benefit them the most. Will be responsible for inquiring about relevant medical history (injuries) and creating a relaxing ambiance for the clients. Will assist the Spa Director, Managers/Supervisors in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations. To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. Will also be responsible for maintaining the four-star level of cleanliness required to be aligned with the Aveda mission.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Being knowledgeable of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given timekeeping up the high standard of treatment and serviceRecommending retail products to clientsAchieving sales targets as set by the Spa DirectorFilling out the Product Recommendation FormArriving 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workdayBeing on time for appointments and thoroughly reviewing appointments after completing each treatment.Accommodate last-minute bookingsIs responsible for daily cleanliness & hygiene of equipment, products, and treatment areas.
