Experience Requirements
- Entry-level opportunity
- 1-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes preferred
Job Duties
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
- Assemble and disassemble power conditioners and other electrical products
- Build subassemblies and finished products for customer orders
- Operate assembly presses, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Receive materials using manual and powered pallet jacks
- Break down pallets and organize components for production
- Build and prepare pallets for outgoing customer shipments
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Learn new production processes and support various assembly operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
