What we seek:

• North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in school-based SLP services
• Commitment to providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy
• Ability to work with diverse K-12 student populations
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, engaging with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

Your role will involve:

• Assessing, screening, and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing targeted therapy plans for students, adapting methods to each individual's unique needs
• Participating in IEP meetings and advising teachers, staff, and families
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school procedures
