Market Development CoordinatorWe are seeking a motivated Market Development Coordinator to support specification representatives and market specification development efforts for granite curbing products. This role focuses on contact identification, customer outreach, relationship building, and lead tracking.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable with outbound communication and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with municipalities, contractors, engineering firms, and other industry contacts to help support specification efforts and identify project opportunities.Specification SupportConduct outreach to municipalities, contractors, engineering firms, and public works contacts to support granite curb specification effortsHelp build and maintain customer and industry relationshipsIdentify upcoming project opportunities in the design stage, planning stage, and through research and direct communicationAssist with distributing product information, drawings, samples, and related materialsSupport outside specification representatives with follow-up communication and schedulingContact Identification & CRM SupportIdentify and research key contacts, decision-makers, and target accounts to support outside specification market development effortsMaintain accurate contact, customer, and project information within CRM softwareSchedule meetings, presentations, and project discussions for the outside specification teamTrack specification opportunities, customer activity, and follow-up communicationAssist with product specification efforts, sales documentation, and general administrative supportIndustry SupportAssist with preparation of trade shows, conferences, customer presentations, and industry events as neededSupport outreach efforts with industry associations, municipal groups, and engineering organizationsIdeal CandidateAreas of study or experience in architecture, construction management, construction estimating, civil engineering, engineering technology, public works, building materials, architectural products, natural stone, inside sales, or related fields.Comfortable with cold calling and maintaining a professional phone presence.Self-starter with a proactive, relationship-building mindset.Customer service experience and experience working with CRM systems preferred.Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.Position DetailsJob Type: Full-Time, HourlyCompensation: $21.50 – $24.00 per hour (equivalent to approximately $45,000 – $50,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week)Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hoursLocation: Hybrid, Bedford, IN 47421Benefits (may vary by location)401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company matchComprehensive Health/Dental/Vision insuranceLife/Disability/AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time off (Vacation/Holidays)Flexible work scheduleNote: Any experience deemed equivalent will be considered.
