Role Overview Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Chelmsford, MA. The position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans using evidence-based techniques. Operate therapy equipment safely, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management. Maintain documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in quality improvement activities. Support discharge planning and ensure safe, effective therapy sessions. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations. Current BLS certification. Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift weights, and move equipment. Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism. Proficiency in documentation, following instructions, and using PC devices. Ability to work under pressure, maintain concentration, and communicate effectively.
