Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Expert:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.

  • Identify and document any deficiencies, such as missing amenities, damaged furniture, or areas requiring further attention.
  • Provide constructive feedback to housekeeping staff on areas for improvement.
