Enterprise Float Registered Nurse

Up to $30K Commitment Incentive

The Enterprise Float Registered Nurse will, based on hiring tier, be flexible and float to multiple areas based on level of care hired into to provide patient care; highest level of care and lower. These requirements include, but not limited to, scheduling the day of staffing, assignments in more than one unit during a single shift, and to float to all designated levels of care and campuses within their tier and ECU Health Regions.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher is required.
2 plus years experience in nursing is required. At least one year experience in highest level of care practiced.
Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life, and Basic Life Support required. National Stroke Scale Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention required within 12 weeks of hire.
Flexibility in scheduling to meet the twenty-four (24) hour needs of the patients.
Possess organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to utilize effective and confidential communication in patient, interdisciplinary, and staff relationships.
Maintains stable performance levels under conditions of pressure and multiple demands.
Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications

Pay Range

Base pay rate range $34.00 - $51.98. Pay may be higher based on experience and internal equity
