Critical Care Physician Assistant

Job Summary ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an acute care physician assistant to join HCA Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Specialization Acute Care Hourly Wage Estimate $190,000 - $200,000 / hour Qualified Candidates Acute care certification or PA License ICU provider experience preferred, not required Mix of Days and Nights 12-hour shifts covering a medical/surgical ICU 1 MD and 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 APP with MD on call for support (7pm to 7am) Ability to work Full Time, 13-15 shifts per month Ability to work autonomously at night with MD on call Opportunity to also cover at sister facility, Mtn View, if needed APP providers gain proficiency with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, Chest tubes, bronchos, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation Incentive/Benefits Package Employed W2 opportunity through ICC Healthcare Competitive compensation, salaried Great comprehensive and flexible benefits program PTO and CME time and allowance100% covered occurrence-based malpractice Strong support system Professional development program with onboarding and mentoring #J-18808-Ljbffr Society of Critical Care Medicine
