LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

At Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we blend expert rehabilitation and skilled nursing with a warm, home-like environment for life-changing outcomes. As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the delivery of quality patient care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, to a diverse population of patients

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the healthcare provider

  • Conduct vital signs, perform basic wound care, and assist with mobility and ambulation

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

About the Role:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values compassion, respect, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients; walk and stand for long periods

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
