Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Associate program
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Associate
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices
• Compassionate approach to patient care and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

• Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries under the supervision of a physician
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Prescribe medications and other treatments within scope of practice
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
