Director, Global Program Management

Role:

Serve as Global Program Manager (GPM), Director, leading cross-functional product development programs from preclinical to lifecycle management, with a focus on strategic alignment, execution, and resource management.

Responsibilities:

Develop integrated plans, manage budgets and timelines, drive decision-making, oversee risk and issue resolution, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Facilitate team performance, foster collaboration, and implement process improvements, leveraging AI tools for decision support and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant science or business discipline with 8+ years of drug development experience or advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MBA) with 7+ years; strong expertise in end-to-end drug development, program management, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of clinical operations, GxP, and lifecycle management preferred. High-value: experience in biopharma product development, strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership; proficiency with AI-enabled decision-making tools; hybrid work setup; no specific travel noted.
