Position Summary: Leaf Home is seeking a results-oriented Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and accountability. This candidate demonstrates a track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. As an individual contributor, you will be integral in optimizing our affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless data management, holding partners to forecasted targets, and proactively dissecting performance for continuous enhancement for all product lines of Leaf Home including LeafFilter, Leaf Home Water Solutions, and Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the meticulous onboarding and engagement of high-performing affiliates, holding partners accountable to their forecasts through strategic questioning and performance assessment.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive system for tracking and documenting partner forecasts, proactively communicating with partners to ensure alignment and accountability.

• Probe affiliate partners to gain comprehensive insights into their campaign strategies, tactics, and performance metrics, fostering a deep understanding of their contributions.

• Dive deep into performance metrics, scrutinizing data for quality improvement, and leveraging your knowledge of our product set to enhance conversion efficiency and ROI.

• Regularly analyze partner-generated data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for optimization, translating findings into actionable strategies.

• Act as a point of contact for affiliate partners, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and collaboration opportunities, nurturing strong and mutually beneficial relationships.

• Lead regular performance review meetings with affiliate partners, leveraging data-driven insights to provide constructive feedback, optimize campaign strategies, and align on growth objectives.

• Collaborate with internal analytics teams to develop customized dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into affiliate marketing performance, enabling real-time monitoring.

• Vigilantly monitor affiliate compliance and brand alignment, upholding partners to our brand guidelines and ethical standards.

• Employ testing and performance analysis to refine and elevate affiliate marketing campaigns, proactively adjusting for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with creative teams and internal media teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.

• Utilize tools like Tableau to consistently provide error-free performance reports, conveying actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Proven track record of exemplary affiliate marketing performance and data accuracy, with a minimum of 3 years of experience exceeding revenue goals.

• Expertise in independently managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns with a focus on precise data delivery.

• Advanced knowledge of performance tracking and reporting with the ability to use data analysis skills for insightful decision-making.

• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to error-free data management, problem-solving, and goal achievement.

• Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating performance insights, and fostering collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)

• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business

• Knowledge of various affiliate networks and platforms.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.

• Google Analytics experience

Travel Requirements:

• Less than 10% domestic travel required.
