Assist in preparing detailed and persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and application packages. Track and monitor grant applications to ensure timely submission and compliance with funding agency requirements. Collaborate with internal departments (such as finance, program management, and leadership) to prepare accurate budgets and narratives. Maintain detailed records of grant-related activities, deadlines, and obligations. Support post-award administration, including grant reporting, financial tracking, and amendments. Develop strategies to enhance grant acquisition and improve efficiency in the application process. Provide training to staff on regulations and compliance requirements for grant administration.
