Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Qualifications Automotive service advising experience required GM experience preferred but not required Dealership Experience Preferred But Not Required Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
