Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a local contract assignment. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and all professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
