Meridian Telemetry is a 37 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more. Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community. What You Can Expect: Full-time (0.9 FTE); 3 x 12-hour shifts a week Night shift (primary openings) + shift differentials offered Additional PTO accrual for night shift! Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible for new hires! Certification pay (ex.
