The Opportunity: Practice at Full Scope

Experience a "best of both worlds" environment: the autonomy of an independent model with the supportive backup of a collegial MD/CRNA group.

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 07:00 17:00.
• Rotation: Equitable 1:5 call (CRNA as first call; MD as backup).
• Case Mix: Diverse and engaging, including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and a heavy emphasis on Regional (main hospital OR + Ambulatory Surgery Center cases included) Anesthesia.
• Facilities: Split your time between the main Hospital OR and our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

Financial Highlights & Flexibility

We offer two distinct employment paths to fit your lifestyle:

Feature - 1099 Independent Model - W-2 Benefitted Model

Annual Compensation - $400,000 (All-inclusive) - $360,000 Base

Time Away - Up to 13 Weeks - Up to 8 Weeks

Added Income - Extra shift & Call pay - Extra shift & Call pay

Incentives - $30K$50K Sign-on Bonus - $30K$50K Sign-on Bonus

Relocation - $5,000 Reimbursement - $5,000 Reimbursement
