Diversified Labeling Solutions, Inc. (DLS) is currently seeking a Regional Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, maintenance initiatives and capital improvement projects across multiple manufacturing facilities.   Based in Duluth, GA , this role will provide hands-on maintenance support at our Duluth, GA, Arlington, TX, and Reno, NV locations, helping ensure our production equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment issues, working independently and traveling between facilities to make a meaningful impact on operational performance.  The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned DLS facilities to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including flexographic presses, digital presses, finishing equipment and related systems
• Coordinate maintenance activities with plant and corporate leadership to prioritize equipment repairs, preventative maintenance efforts and capital improvement projects
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and operational issues, implementing effective corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to equipment failures and unplanned maintenance needs, applying temporary repairs when necessary and ensuring timely permanent solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety and production efficiency
• Provide maintenance training and technical guidance to local operations teams to support long-term equipment performance and knowledge development
• Develop and maintain inventories of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure operational readiness
• Recommend equipment upgrades, process improvements and maintenance initiatives that improve productivity, reliability and safety
• Assist with equipment modifications, fabrication projects and facility improvement efforts
• Document maintenance activities and support maintenance planning and tracking systems
• Identify equipment failures resulting from operational or procedural issues and communicate findings to facility leadership
• Partner with plant teams to support company objectives while maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools and common maintenance devices
• High degree of mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and deadlines with the ability to successfully multi-task and work independently
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, circuit schematic drawings, and electrical wiring
• Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical and pneumatic diagrams
• Experience with a PM system or related software
• Ability to travel to other U.S. site locations approximately 22 weeks per year
