This role involves close collaboration with maintenance supervisors, electrical leads, and shift electricians to ensure reliable operations and strict adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in electrical repair, system calibration, and equipment support, with a strong commitment to teamwork and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and optimize electrical systems and equipmentAssist in troubleshooting and repairing existing electrical infrastructureProvide essential diagnostic and repair supportCollaborate with engineers on HMIs, PLCs, and drive systemsVerify and calibrate monitoring equipment to ensure accuracy and performanceFollow all safety proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and report system inefficienciesQualificationsDemonstrated commitment to safety and reliable attendancePrior experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial, manufacturing environment, or military experienceBasic computer proficiency for documentation and system interfaceWillingness to work overtime and adapt to changing prioritiesPositive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skillsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with hydraulic systemsBasic understanding of PLCs and industrial automationAbility to interpret technical manuals and schematicsTroubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
