Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $21.50 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description Key Responsibilities Paint large steel parts with high pressure paint guns Properly maintain all painting equipment Properly document daily painting activities Create and implement the best painting technique for the dock leveler application. Accountable for every aspect of their work Verifies the process of painting the product meets all requirements. Skills Experience using high pressure (atomizing) paint sprayers High school diploma or a GED equivalent Understand basic manufacturing processes. Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds or more Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S Analytical problem solver Able to work with minimal supervision and accomplish goals in a timely manner Familiar with ERP systems and concepts, SAP preferred Effective teammate Essential Physical Functions: Be able to safely lift or move at least 50 lbs. Be able to safely climb stairs or ladder. Be able to work in cold or hot working conditions Must be able to Bend, Stoop, Squat, Kneel Equipment Used: The candidate may be required to use a variety of hand tools such as saws, drills, impact drivers, saws, pneumatic air guns, and tape measures.
