Maintenance Technician II

• $22–$30/hour | Paid Weekly
• $2.50 shift differential
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and uphold a safe work environment.
• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and support equipment; complete documentation accurately.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using test equipment and hand tools; connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and components.
• Program and troubleshoot VFDs and PLCs; understand CNC programming and maintenance.
• Fabricate/install mechanical parts using cold rolled steel, stainless, plate, and structural members; perform rigging activities.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, machinery, apparatus, and fixtures using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
• Calculate layouts, balance, and align equipment; maintain electrical systems to county, state, and federal codes.
• Deliver error-free work and follow established processes that support safety and quality programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; work under direct supervision; perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced processing equipment, CNCs, material handling systems, press brakes, lifting devices, and sawing equipment
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming in Windows and FANUC; understanding of FANUC, CNC, and TwinCAT parameter/maintenance functions
• Preferred: AutoCAD and MasterCAM experience
• Mechanical aptitude with proven diagnostics and repair of complex systems
• Proficiency in laser alignment and vibration monitoring
• Skilled in programming and troubleshooting VFDs and PLCs
• Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Electrical testing using ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes
• Oxyacetylene torch work and welding; must maintain welding certification
• Operation of forklifts, high lifts, and cranes; must maintain equipment certifications
• Use of hand tools: hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, drill, grinder, bander
• Ability to run and test programs on laser, plasma, and drilling machines
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend conversational English

• Stand/walk for prolonged periods; walk 2–5 miles per shift
• Frequent bending, sitting, standing, twisting, and stooping
• Lift/carry 25–50 lbs from floor to waist; front-carry 25–50 lbs repeatedly
• Reach overhead; squat, kneel; climb short ladders/steps
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs for installation/maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Fine hand/finger coordination for precise tasks
• Read labels, follow safety and SOPs, and communicate effectively in an industrial environment
• 20/30 vision with corrective lenses
• Exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions including temperature changes, loud noise, and vibration
• Potential hazards: moving mechanical parts, electrical current, high heat, chemicals
• Atmospheric exposure: fumes, odors, dust, mist, gas, or limited ventilation
• Possible exposure to oils and cutting fluids (air/skin)
